1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 499bt, accessing our website at https://499bt.lat, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 499bt (the "Platform").

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 499bt platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to keep this information current throughout your membership. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Account Verification (KYC)

499bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification before withdrawals can be processed. This is standard practice across licensed online gaming platforms and is intended to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

All deposits are credited to your 499bt account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 499bt does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for ensuring their deposited funds come from legitimate, personally owned payment sources. Deposits made using third-party accounts or fraudulent means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. In some cases, 499bt may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

Funds in a player's account do not earn interest. 499bt reserves the right to apply administrative fees to accounts that have been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, as notified to the player in advance.

5Bonuses and Promotions

499bt offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each individual offer.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to pattern betting, low-risk staking strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion — may result in the cancellation of bonuses and any associated winnings, as well as suspension of the player's account.

The 499bt name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 499bt. You are not authorized to use any of these marks without prior written approval. Third-party trademarks referenced on this platform remain the property of their respective owners.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. 499bt's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
